Jim Farrish Associate Pastor of Worship
Jim and his wife Laurie, have two daughters, Mitzi and Vicki. Jim is originally from Yazoo City and has served in the ministry for 28 years in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma and now Mississippi. Jim's life verse is Romans 12:1-2. His life's goal is to help build a church of authentic daily worshippers. He wants you to join him to be one of the worshippers described in Romans 12:1-2. Jim is a graduate of Delta State University. He began serving at Country Woods in January 2000.

Gerald Young Associate Pastor of Students
Gerald and his wife Tia, have a son, Landon. Gerald is a graduate of Crystal Springs High School and attended Hinds Community College. He is currently a student of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary's extension program. Gerald was ordained and served as Minister to Students at Griffith Memorial Baptist Church in Byram. Gerald also served as Minister to Students at New Life Church in Pearl, Ms. Gerald came to Country Woods in August of 2005.
