BIG

I hear many people praying for many things: finances, safety, protection, health, their families, the lost and healing to name a few.
What I don’t hear is praying for supernatural, awe inspiring, jaw dropping, ‘you Gotta be kidding me’, ‘ no way’ miracles.
Do we think that God can’t do all that we ask? I guess we are afraid that if we ask him and he doesn’t answer like we would like it to be answered, that we’ll be laughed at.

Don’t get me wrong, God wants to hear ALL of our prayers, big and small. But, we pray small prayers, just to help God out, to give God a way out, or a way for us to continue our belief at the level at which we are comfortable.
It’s  a lack of faith and a lack of understanding of exactly who God is. Our huge prayers are important to him and he is able to do it all, everything we could ask in the blink of an eye. 
World hunger? Blink 
cancer? Blink     
you name it? Blink

God doesn’t need you to take up for him, so pray big, expect big, go big and see that God will come through.   Big.
